Sale born-and-bred Connor Doherty has achieved his lifelong dream of playing for the Sharks; now his sights are set on making the 13 jersey his own.
Doherty has featured twice for Sale this season, playing the full 80 in a Premiership Cup match against Leicester and coming off the bench away to Bristol in the Premiership this month.
The 21-year-old believes playing as many top-flight minutes as possible is vital to his development.
