A bit of a controversial one as I know these types of shows are popular, but I tend to find them boring and pointless. The people on them are just on there to boost their own profile and make a name for themselves without actually doing anything worthwhile. I think these programmes also project a false sense of reality which is an issue for younger viewers in particular.
