THE exodus from the RFU continues with referees’ boss Tony Spreadbury set to leave and join European Professional Club Rugby as manager for their competitions.
The former paramedic from Bath, right, took charge of games at the 2003 and 2007 World Cups before hanging up his whistle.
He was appointed head of match officials by the RFU sev en years ago. It is believed he will take up his new post later this year.
