DRAGONS skills coach Barry Maddocks has emerged as a target for ProD2 outfit Biarritz who made the headlines last week after announcing a sponsorship with a gay dating app.
Maddocks has spent the last four years at Rodney Parade following stints with Bath and England’s women’s Sevens.
Meanwhile, Blindside understands that former England lock Tom Palmer could be following Richard Hill out of Rouen.
Palmer, who has been coaching the forwards and looking after the defence, could be heading to Vannes if they win promotion to the Top 14.
