THE Lions are in limbo, but they can still forge ahead this summer. It means weaving past the cancellation/ postponement wreckage that has afflicted the rest of the game during the pandemic by picking the right option from the four salvage plans in front of them.
None of the options for the 2021 tour this summer are ideal, but the task of the Lions board – which is expected to make an announcement about its favoured option in the next fortnight – is to find a way ahead that comes closest to projecting the Lions ethos.
