FRANCE international Virimi Vakatawa has turned down the chance of moving to the Premiership after extending his lucrative contract with French giants Racing 92 for the next three season’s.
The Fijian-born centre, 28, was the Top 14’s top scorer in 2019 with 13 tries and his close pal Semi Radradra explored options open to him in the Premiership.
Northampton Saints, Bath, and Gloucester all had a look at him but Vakatawa, one of the most dangerous centres in the game, has decided he will remain in the French capital after all.
