Pay row must be sorted out quickly

WE ALWAYS seem to be lurching from one crisis to another in a Welsh drama. As a nation we never seem happy unless there is a fight going on somewhere in our game.
The current dispute is centred around the players and the proposed extension of their pay cuts. While the Irish players have agreed a ten per cent drop for the rest of the year, and the players in England have largely accept their reductions, the Professional Rugby Board and the Welsh Rugby Players Association are still at loggerheads.
Are we going to have a strike on our hands?
