Ambitious Beziers sound out England stars

BEZIERS have been busy seeing if England players are unhappy with their contract arrangements.
The Pro D2 club are in the middle of a takeover battle (see P31) with a Middle Eastern Royal family pledging to pump in millions of euros to turn them back into a powerhouse.
They are believed to have sounded out Michael Cheika, who was recently linked with Gloucester, about becoming head coach as well as Dan Biggar, right, about leaving Northampton.
They have also spoken to the representatives of a number of England players who are being asked to take pay cuts by their cash strapped clubs.
