Where have all the Welsh coaches gone?

NO MATTER how different it may look or when it will start, next season will have a depressingly familiar look about it in one respect. The four Welsh regional teams will soldier on without a single Welsh head coach between them.
For the second year in a row, Scarlets have replaced one New Zealander with another. Last year it was Brad Mooar for Wayne Pivac, now it’s Glenn Delaney for Mooar.
