1. Awful gym music This is a big pet hate of mine! We change the music up a bit at London Irish, but if Lovejoy Chawatama gets on the speakers, it is an absolute nightmare! It can sap any motivation out of your gym session. If someone like Conor Gilsenan gets his music on, it makes the session a little bit better and easier to get through.
