LIKE a lot of people in life, I look back to when I was younger wishing I knew then what I know now. Particularly around one’s well-being and resilience, areas that I’ve since studied and now put into practice as DoR at Uppingham School in Rutland.
Early on, I didn’t really experience any setbacks, going from Scotland U16s, U18s, U21s, 7s and Scotland A, picking up young player of the season at Edinburgh Accies and Heriots and earning a pro contract with Edinburgh along the way.
