Winters is back at Esher with plans for revival

LEGENDARY England & British & Irish Lions flanker Peter Winterbottom aims to spearhead an Esher revival after being appointed rugby director by the National One strugglers. Winterbottom, who coached at Esher in the early Noughties, returns to Molesey Road where he will team up with former Esher captain and Whitgift School head of rugby Chris Wilkins, who becomes assistant coach, head of player development and recruitment.
