LEICESTER TIGERS are looking to strengthen their forward pack for next season with a move for Argentina second row Tomás Lavanini, left.
The Pumas star, 26, had a season in France with Racing Metro before returning to his home land to sign for the Jaguares when they joined Super Rugby in 2016 Lavanini, who was part of the Argentina side at the 2015 World Cup, has won 50 Test caps since making his debut against Uruguay in Montevideo almost six years ago.
The Tigers are keen for him to arrive at Welford Road after the World Cup in Japan later this year.
