If Elliot Daly decides to quit Wasps next summer, one of the men who will be aiming to fill his huge boots in their midfield is 19-year-old Sam Spink.
A centre of considerable promise, Spink played his early rugby for Esher and Teddington whilst attending Hinchley Wood Secondary School, but somehow escaped the attentions of London Irish and Harlequins to sign for Wasps at the age of 14.
