■ NEWCASTLE Falcons are set to lose the Premiership’s Player of the Year, Vereniki Goneva, when his contract runs out at the end of the season.
The Fijian winger is set to snub the offer of a new contract from the Falcons and head to France where he has plenty of interest from clubs.
Racing 92, Castres and Agen are all keen on speaking to Goneva, right, who moved to the Falcons from Leicester Tigers almost two seasons ago.
