Think outside the box to offer fringe players an opportunity to shine

MY team to play Japan is based on Eddie Jones being able to pick any English player from any Premiership club for his training and match squads. This is the least that the EPS clause in the 2016 Professional Game Agreement should guarantee the England coach given that the RFU have paid the clubs £220m, mainly for access to players.
The England 23 picked here for the Japan Test includes only seven players named in the 36- man England squad selected for the Autumn series, and 16 from outside it.
