CANADIAN international Jess Hassler is on trial at Harlequins as he looks to stay match sharp ahead of Canada’s crucial November programme.
Hassler left the Ospreys after failing to secure a new deal and has been on the lookout for a new club to tide him over until Canada compete with Hong Kong, Germany and the Africa Gold Cup runner-up – probably Kenya – for the final place at RWC 2019 at the repechage tournament in Marseilles.
