SHEFFIELD left it late but Lewis Bowman’s try in the dying seconds earned them only their second win of the campaign at home to Leicester Lions.
On a good day for sides at the bottom, Sheffield were able to add to October’s success over Blaydon with another victory, but they were made to work very hard in this encounter. The win keeps them ahead of Wharfedale in the table, despite the Yorkshire side also winning on Saturday.
