Saints to go on raid for Wasps flier Bassett

NORTHAMPTON have lined up a swoop on Wasps to take winger Josh Bassett to Franklin ‘s Gardens next season.
The 25-year-old joined Wasps in 2013 after making a name for himself in the Championship with Bedford Blues.
Saints are keen on landing the former England U20 international just a week after Wales star George North announced he was leaving. North is returning to Wales and now Saints are looking at Bassett who this season has been timed as quicker than both Christian Wade and Marcus Watson in training.
