■GARY GOLD looks like staying on at Worcester Warriors next season after being offered the chance to continue as director of rugby.
It was thought Gold, left, who is on the verge of leading the club to Premiership safety, would be staying as a consultant.
But I understand that Sixways bosses would like him to continue as director of rugby after being impressed with the progress they have made under him.
