People should give you a proper firm handshake or not bother at all. Limp handshakes just make me feel uncomfortable. Our DoR, Dave Morris, is big on handshake culture. He properly locks in when he greets someone. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise me if he based his team selections on the strength of your handshake!
