Warriors can dump another millstone

NO ONE club carried as much clout during the opening round of the Six Nations than Glasgow Warriors. Of Scotland’s 23 against Ireland no fewer than 13 came out of the Scotstoun stable, three more than Leinster’s contribution to Ireland.
In recent weeks, the Warriors have ben thriving on every challenge to take their place among the eight best in Europe for the Champions’ Cup quarter-finals.
Should they defy the monstrous French pack in Paris this afternoon and follow the Irish victory with a still mightier one, they will have removed another millstone from their necks.
