SCOTLAND No.8 Josh Strauss won’t be moving to Newcastle Falcons when his contract with Glasgow Warriors runs out at the end of the season.
Less well informed columns claimed last week that South African-born Scotland international Strauss is on the radar of Falcons director of rugby Dean Richards. But I understand this is not the case and his most likely destination for next season is across the English Channel playing in France’s Top 14.
