IRELAND claimed their first win of the Six Nations with a bonus point over Italy at Musgrave Park.
Italy opened the scoring with a penalty by Beatrice Rigoni after Linda Djougang was penalised for being off her feet.
Ireland began knocking on the door and, after trying to power their way over the line with Djougang and player of the match Sam Monaghan, the ball was sprayed wide and Lucy-Mulhall collected Nicole Cronin’s raking pass to dot down.
