Ireland Women head coach Griggs goes for 7s speedsters

AMEE-LEIGH Murphy Crowe, the top try scorer in the 2019 World Rugby Sevens, joins Sevens teammates Stacey Flood, Eve Higgins, Emily Lane and Grace Moore in the Ireland squad.
Ireland travel to Wales on April 10 before hosting France a week later.
Coach Adam Griggs will be without the experienced trio of Ciara Cooney, Edel McMahon and Grand Slam winner Larissa Muldoon who are injured.
Munster back row Ciara Griffin will again captain Ireland.
