MARLIE Packer captains England for the first time in her side’s final pool game against South Africa this morning.
The Red Roses qualified for the quarter-finals with a statement win against France last weekend to extend their record breaking run of 27 consecutive victories.
In an almost entirely changed starting XV, Packer and fly-half Zoe Harrison are the only two starting players who retain their place after that victory.
