Savea keen to take on Hurricanes

Former All Blacks winger Julian Savea has signed for Moana Pasifika from the Hurricanes.
The World Cup winner is “looking forward to the challenge” with the Tana Umaga-coached side but is disappointed by his Hurricanes exit.
Savea, 33, who has made 153 appearances in Super Rugby, said: “I was pretty pissed off but that’s rugby… they didn’t let me know until later on and that’s the biggest thing.”
Moana Pasifika travel to Wellington to face the Hurricanes in Round 13 which could potentially see Savea take the field with a bit of a point to prove.
