Blues lead the race to topple Crusaders

Super Rugby Pacific, now in its second season, will for the first time since the pandemic be in full Trans-Tasman format with teams no longer having to play consecutive away games in sizable blocks due to Covid concerns.
The 2022 campaign advertised the enchanting Southern Hemisphere brand of rugby, but despite the new structure, it finished in an all too familiar fashion as the Crusaders won their 11th Super Rugby title and fourth straight under Scott Robertson.
