South Africa have changed all-but one of the starting XV who beat Wales last week, with the visitors making just one change as Alex Cuthbert comes in.
Eben Etzebeth is the only player retained from the first test victory in Pretoria, with Handré Pollard and André Esterhuizen among the big names coming in, and the uncapped pair of Kurt-Lee Arendse on the wing and Evan Roos at eight making their debuts.
Pollard takes on the captaincy off the absent Siya Kolisi, with the latter replaced by Marcell Coetzee at blindside flanker, and he is partnered by Pieter Steph du Toit on the openside.
