Easter’s backing Alex to return

Having unearthed a hidden gem for Harlequins in 2018 with the signing of Alex Dombrandt, Nick Easter is hoping the No.8’s blistering form in the Premiership will merit an England recall.
Former Quins and England No.8 Easter became the club’s defence coach post-retirement in 2016 and during that two-year spell he helped sign Dombrandt after noticing his potential in BUCS Super Rugby for Cardiff Met.
Dombrandt, 26, has gone on to make over 90 Quins appearances and won seven England caps but missed out on selection for the World Cup.
