Grand Slam champions France go into this year’s Six Nations without several key players as Fabien Galthie endures an ever growing casualty list.
Second row Cameron Woki is the latest to be withdrawn after fracturing his hand, while centre Jonathan Danty, prop Jean-Baptiste Gros and hookers Peato Mauvaka and Pierre Bourgarit are also injured.
Centre Arthur Vincent and locks Killian Geraci and Florian Verhaeghe are also unavailable due to injury.
But back row Francois Cros and lock Paul Willemse return to the squad after missing the autumn series because of injury.
