Reffell returns to lead the charge for France

WALES coach Gareth Williams has named 19 players in his 32-man squad who have not previously appeared at this level.
Wales open their campaign away to France on Sunday February 2 and Williams said: “I’ve been really impressed with the boys’ attitude and not just the players who have been successful in making the squad.
“This is the first selection point gearing towards the World Cup in Argentina.”
Flanker Tommy Reffell returns to captain the squad.
He will be joined by his fellow Leicester Tiger Sam Costelow.
