Blues still wait to get their man…and wait…and wait

THE seasons come and go and Cardiff Blues are still to find a head coach, a fact which, if nothing else, fits into the gloom of uncertainty which has enveloped the Arms Park for far too long.
The admirable Danny Wilson could hardly have given the club more notice, confirming way back on September 27 that he would be moving on at the end of the season. By then his major signing for the season, ex-Springbok lock Franco van der Merwe from Ulster, had already been moved on.
