Major blow as Farrell set to miss Argentina

Captain Owen Farrell could miss England’s World Cup opener against Argentina after being sent off in the warm-up win over Wales at Twickenham yesterday.
Farrell faces a ban after becoming the first England player to have a yellow card upgraded to a red by the new ‘Bunker’ review system, following a high tackle on Taine Basham.
Despite Farrell’s red, England coach Steve Borthwick was delighted with his team as a thrilling second half fightback saw them win 19-17 to avenge last week’s defeat in Cardiff.
