1987 New Zealand v Italy (Eden Park):
The ceremony consisted of schoolkids and scouts shambling around the ground with the 16 flags. The rugby though soon took over with John Kirwan scoring one of the great tries – sprinting in form 80 yards and beating eight or nine defenders en route – as New Zealand won 70-6.
1991 England v New Zealand (Twickenham):
