ENGLAND Sevens took on South Africa in the final of a World Series tournament for the second time this season, but unlike in Cape Town, they had to settle for the silver medal as the Blitzbokke ran out winners in Sydney last Sunday.
Tom Mitchell and Dan Norton went over for England in the final but South Africa hit back with four tries of their own.
Philip Snyman, Seabelo Senatla, Justin Geduld and Stephan Dippenaar took the series leaders to 29-14, ensuring their third tournament victory from four events.
