If ever players complain about away match travel time maybe the following will bring perspective.
The majority of the Ukrainian squad playing this weekend in Sweden had a 26-hour journey to arrive in Trelleborg, the southernmost town of Sweden. A seven-hour coach journey from Kyiv to Odessa to pick up some players was just the start. Four hours at the border with Moldova did not help as they made their way through the night to Chisinau, capital of Moldova.
