Marika tackle inspires victory

Marika Koroibete was ecstatic after helping the Wallabies return to winning ways and making one of the most ferocious tackles Test rugby has seen.
The powerful wing – who hit Makazole Mapimpi like a runaway truck – was named man of the match and said: “The tackle had to be made and I just focused on doing my best to make sure I stopped him. We had one man down and had to cover the short side and the other side as well. I just put my body on the line there and lucky enough to make a try-saving tackle.
“I enjoyed the moment but the best was at the end when we had won.”
