Dingwall frustrated as England show form

ENGLAND ended a disappointing Championship by thrashing Wales in Rosarioto to claim fifth place.
After the opening defeat to Ireland which cost England a place in the semi-finals, captain Fraser Dingwall conceded his side failed to live up to expectations.
“We are slightly frustrated and we do feel like this side could have done a lot better but we were in a tough group which included Australia and Ireland,” he said.
