The Lions tour has finally come to an end and now the long season for our elite players is over, a gruelling schedule of one game a week for the majority of players, with others making the odd cameo appearance off the bench.
Although I doubt if many will be complaining about the extra workload or potential welfare issues that accompany a tour like this, as they and their Unions have been handsomely rewarded for their efforts.
