For once Barrett didn’t walk on water!

THE Lions certainly got lucky but who cares. They kept New Zealand tryless for the first time since 2014 and eventually found the belief to back themselves as an attacking force and scored two tries to overhaul what was beginning to look like and insuperable lead.
The pessimists can rightly point out that they had the considerable advantage of an extra man after the first 25 minutes while Beauden Barrett proved he is definitely not able to walk on water – but in the end they deserved their victory.
