Breakfast in the local… a light-hearted look at how the Lions unite the country

Two mighty roars bellowing out of the open doors of the Royal Oak in West Molesey were enough to knock passing cylists off their bikes.
The second came as Owen Farrell nailed the winning kick. The first, it has to be admitted, arrived as Sonny Bill Williams saw red.
Not very sporting, agreed. But the growing band of ale-house aficiandos had decided pre-match that:
a) the Lions had no chance
b) the All Blacks were going to stuff them royally and
c) they’d take a win at any cost.
