Harlequins secured revenge for last season’s semi-final defeat, as they inflicted a first defeat of the season on Saracens Women in a physical contest at Twickenham Stoop.
Both sides came into this one off the back of victories last weekend and in a slightly disjointed contest in London, neither side managed to spark in the early exchanges, as handling errors and injuries for both sides halted the flow of the match.
