Bristol Bears ran in eight tries in their opening round fixture of the Allianz Cup at home against Sale Sharks.
Vice-captain Ellie Mulhearn scored underneath the post to open up the scoring for Bears with only four minutes gone.
Sale replied soon after to level the scores, but the Bears would dominate for the remainder of the match.
Powerful ball carrying from the forwards handed the backs front-foot ball, with the likes of Anwen Owen and Lucie Skuse making breaks into the opposition half.
