WORCESTER have been buoyed by the return of former Women’s World Rugby player of the year nominee Lydia Thompson to their starting line-up for today’s clash against Bristol Bears.
Named in Simon Middleton’s Red Roses squad for the Six Nations, Thompson starts on the wing against Bears for the first time following a lengthy injury lay-off.
“We’re so pleased to see Lydia back,” said director of rugby Jo Yapp.
