ANDY Farrell could give his old boss Stuart Lancaster a job when he takes over from Joe Schmidt as Ireland supremo next year.
Schmidt has announced he will step down after the 2019 World Cup by which time he will have been at the top of Irish rugby for more than six years.
Farrell has been in charge of defence since April 2016, having previously worked under Stuart Lancaster in a similar role with England which ended with a disastrous 2015 World Cup campaign.
