Fly-half Johnny Sexton, 33, won the player of the year award, while boss Joe Schmidt, who will be leaving his role after the next World Cup, won coach of the year.
The Six Nations champions were also named team of the year.
France’s Jessy Tremouliere was named women’s player of the year.
