Dow back on bench as Kebaya gets start for England opener

Abby Dow is likely to make her return from injury off the bench, as 20-year-old flanker Sadia Kebaya gets a start for the opening game of England's Rugby World Cup campaign against Fiji.
Dow broke her leg in the Six Nations against Wales, but has completed an impressive recovery to be named among the substitutes, with Kebaya in for the injured Marlie Packer, who has a foot injury.
