Pontypool brought down the curtain on their remarkable season by running in 13 tries in an 83-7 win at Ystalyfera to make it a perfect 26 wins from 26 league games.
When you add in four games in the Championship Cup, it means Scott Matthews’ side have gone 30 games without defeat and have scooped both the league and cup on their way to a place in the Premiership next season.
