Drovers delight as vital victory secured

THE eagerly-awaited Premiership clash between third and fourth place saw the Drovers keep ahead of their Gwent visitors in the league table in what proved to be a typically hardfought contest.
With Aberavon losing to Pontyprdd, the Drovers move into second place spot.
But coach Euros Evans knows that there are very tough challenges waiting on all sides.
The home side had the better of the early play but it wasn’t until the 15th minute that full-back Jack Maynard broke the deadlock with a converted penalty.
